About this site, and who is behind it

Who runs this site

schedulesocialmedia.com is run by Lukasz Blachura, who also builds SnapStudio, the Mac design app every template in our template gallery is made with. Here is how we try to keep the comparisons fair:

• Every tool has the same fields, including a "skip it if" section listing what it does not do.
• The scheduler picker scores every tool with the same rules. No tool gets a bonus, and cheaper tools win ties.

How prices are checked

Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, in US dollars, with the date we checked it and a link to the page. Some vendors render prices with JavaScript or publish only some figures. When we cannot read a number directly, we show "Not published" and explain why in the tool's "How we checked" notes. We do not guess.

How API changes are sourced

An entry goes into the API changelog only if the platform itself announced it: in its changelog, its developer documentation or its developer blog. Third-party write-ups can point us to a change, but they are never the source.

How the site earns

Some tools we list run affiliate programs. When a "Visit" link goes through one, it is marked as an affiliate link with a note on the page, and the link carries rel="sponsored". If you buy through it, the vendor may pay this site a commission. It costs you nothing extra. SnapStudio, built by the person who runs this site, is another revenue line, and is always labelled.

• Rankings, picker scores, verdicts and "skip it if" notes are computed without reading any affiliate information. The build fails if that code touches it.
• A tool with no affiliate program is listed with the same fields and the same rules as one with a program.
• Prices still come from the vendor's own page, whether or not we earn from the vendor.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people read and where they click out to a tool. Both set cookies, so they stay off until you press Accept in the banner, and Clarity does not load at all before that. If you decline, nothing is recorded in your browser. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. The rest of the site sets no cookies.
