Page and post reach, video impressions and story impressions metrics deprecated
What changed
With v25.0, Meta announced the removal of reach-style metrics including page_impressions_unique, post_impressions_unique, total_video_impressions and the story impressions metrics, after which they return an error on every API version. Meta's sources disagree on timing: the v25.0 blog post says June 2026, while the v25.0 changelog ties it to the v26.0 release, so no single effective date is recorded here. Many of the listed metrics have no replacement.
What it means
Analytics features that read unique impressions (reach) for Pages, posts, videos or stories must switch to the Media Views and Media Viewers metrics such as page_total_media_view_unique and post_total_media_view_unique.
