Business Profile API shows review reply moderation state, policy violation and reply URL
What changed
ReviewReplyState was added on 1 April 2026, PolicyViolation inside ReviewReply on 1 July 2026, and reviewReplyUrl on 24 July 2026. All can be read through reviews.get, reviews.list and batchGetReviews. Review media items were added to the same methods on 20 April 2026.

Tools can tell why a review reply was rejected or is still pending instead of guessing.

Developers of review management tools and businesses that reply to Google reviews through a tool.
What to do
Read ReviewReplyState, PolicyViolation and reviewReplyUrl from reviews.get, reviews.list and batchGetReviews and show them to users.
