Programmatic replies limited to posts where the author summoned the replier

What changed

To curb LLM-generated spam, X now permits programmatic replies only when the original post's author has summoned the replier by mentioning the account or quoting one of its posts. Further limits apply to programmatic mentions and quotes. The change covers self-serve tiers, not Enterprise.

What it means

Apps on self-serve tiers can only reply via POST /2/tweets when the original author mentioned or quoted the replying account.
