Best for

Agencies and small teams that want many accounts and client approvals at a flat price rather than per seat.

Skip it if

Skip it if you need bulk CSV scheduling on a budget or an API, because bulk scheduling starts at Premium ($85 per month annual) and API access is Enterprise only.

Overview

SocialPilot is sold to marketing agencies, brands, small businesses and multi-location brands, and the vendor claims over 15,000 businesses. In July 2025 it was announced as part of group.one, which the release says is backed by Cinven. The directory lists ten networks, from Facebook and Instagram to Bluesky and Google Business. Beyond publishing it has added a reviews product, with AI-assisted replies and WhatsApp review requests, and a Shopify integration, which points beyond pure agency use toward local and multi-location shops.

The plans are defined by accounts, users and AI credits together. Essentials has 7 accounts, 1 user and 500 credits and no analytics or inbox. Standard has 15 accounts, 3 users, 1,000 credits, the inbox, analytics and manager approvals. Premium has 25 accounts, 6 users, 5,000 credits, unlimited client seats, CSV bulk upload and white-label reports, and client approval comes in at Premium too. Ultimate has 50 accounts and unlimited users and credits. Enterprise holds API access and SSO.

Two things in the feature set differ from budget schedulers. The Social Inbox, available from Standard, covers comments and messages across brands or clients with AI-refined replies and auto-reply, though auto DM on comment is Instagram only. Competitor reports exist but cover only Facebook and Instagram. Analytics look back up to 24 months for X, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram (12 for LinkedIn), but the reporting window is fixed at three months. Support is phone, email and chat, 24x5 on every self-serve plan, and an account manager comes with Ultimate.

Where the vendor's pages disagree: some update pages refer to Agency and Agency+ plans while the pricing page lists Essentials to Ultimate, India plan limits differ from the global ones, and the trial is 14 days on one page and only described as immediate elsewhere. The help center returned errors, so per-network media limits could not be read, which is a gap if you post large video. Also, the pricing page lists API access only under Enterprise, yet the MCP server connects with an API key, which I would ask about.

What it does well

  • Users come bundled into the tiers, so a team does not pay per seat until it passes the stated counts.
  • Approvals are layered: manager approval from Standard, client approval without client logins from Premium, plus email reminders and mobile approvals.
  • White-label depth is real at the top: branded reports from Premium, and logo, colors, favicon, custom domain and sender email for self-serve white label.
  • Security documentation is unusually specific, with SOC 2 Type 2 certification (an 11-month audit window announced in 2024-05), a data processing addendum, a subprocessor list and authenticator-app 2FA on all plans.
  • The pricing page states no post limit, and Repeat Posts are included from Essentials.

What to watch out for

  • The entry plan is thin: no analytics, no inbox, one user, and bulk CSV, client management and white-label reports all start higher.
  • The step from Essentials to Standard is where team features begin, and the step to Premium is where agency features arrive, so the entry price is rarely what an agency pays.
  • API access and SSO are Enterprise only, and enforced 2FA is limited to Ultimate and Enterprise.
  • Scheduled threads on X are not confirmed, and Threads and Bluesky details come only from landing pages.
  • Public ratings are modest and small samples: Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 58 reviews and the iOS app 3.0 from 17 ratings.

Plans and prices

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annually, per monthUnitWhat you get
Essentials $30 $25.50 per month 7 social accounts, 1 user, 500 AI credits, no analytics or inbox
Standard $50 $42.50 per month 15 social accounts, 3 users, 1,000 AI credits, inbox, analytics, approvals
Premium $100 $85 per month 25 social accounts, 6 users, unlimited client seats, bulk scheduling, white-label reports
Ultimate $200 $170 per month 50 social accounts, unlimited users, unlimited AI credits, advanced white label
Enterprise Not published Not published per month Custom accounts, API access, SSO, contact sales

Monthly prices are $30 for Essentials, $50 for Standard, $100 for Premium and $200 for Ultimate, falling to $25.50, $42.50, $85 and $170 on annual billing, about 15% off. Enterprise is custom. The tiers hold accounts of 7, 15, 25 and 50, and users of 1, 3, 6 and unlimited. Beyond that, the US listing sells extra accounts at $4 a month and extra users at $5. Costs grow in steps rather than per head, and the cheap entry price stops being true once you need analytics or the inbox (Standard), CSV bulk or client approvals (Premium), or an API (Enterprise). Prices are shown in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and INR, and the vendor says India limits differ. Refund terms are not mentioned, so I would ask before paying annually.
