Best for

Solo creators and small agencies who want unlimited scheduled posts with built-in AI captions, images and video on nine networks.

Skip it if

You need Google Business Profile or Mastodon (neither is listed) or a free plan (there is only a 3-day trial).

Overview

SocialRails is a scheduler that leans on built-in AI. The homepage says you create content once and post to nine platforms, and lists AI content ideas, a 30-day plan generator, AI images, Pinterest pins from templates, 350+ video templates, a drag-and-drop calendar, recurring posts, best-time suggestions, per-platform caption tweaks, analytics, collaboration and API access.

Three plans, all per month: Creator at $29, Business at $49 and Agency at $99. Posts are unlimited on each. What changes is workspaces (3, 10, 25), users (1 on Creator, up to 5 and 15 above it) and AI allowances: 40 images and 20 videos a month on Creator, 180 images and 250 videos on Agency.

One caution from reading the pricing page: it contradicts itself on connected accounts. The plan cards say 27, 90 and 225 social connections, while the summary says 10, 20 and 30 accounts. I left connection counts out of my notes for that reason, and I'd ask the vendor which is right before buying. There is a yearly toggle at 20% off, but no figures in the page source.

What it does well

  • Unlimited posts on every plan.
  • AI images and video are included, with stated monthly allowances.
  • Nine networks, including Bluesky and Threads.
  • API access is listed on every plan card.

What to watch out for

  • The pricing page gives conflicting connection counts.
  • There is no free plan, only a 3-day trial.
  • Google Business Profile and Mastodon are not listed.
  • Creator is a single-user plan.

Plans and prices

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annually, per monthUnitWhat you get
Creator $29 Not published per month Unlimited posts, 3 workspaces, 1 user, analytics, limited AI assistant, 40 AI images and 20 AI videos per month
Business $49 Not published per month Unlimited posts, 10 workspaces, up to 5 team members, 90 AI images and 70 AI videos per month
Agency $99 Not published per month Unlimited posts, 25 workspaces, up to 15 team members, 180 AI images and 250 AI videos per month

Free plan: No free plan; 3-day free trial

The first jump is from $29 to $49 and it buys users and workspaces, not posts, since posts are unlimited throughout. Creator has 1 user and 3 workspaces, Business up to 5 team members and 10 workspaces, Agency up to 15 and 25. AI image and video allowances climb with each step. The unclear part is connected accounts, which the page states two different ways, so that cap is the figure to confirm. A yearly toggle advertises 20% off, but I could not read the resulting prices.

How we checked

Monthly prices read from the plan cards on the pricing page (raw HTML text). The page has a 'Bill Yearly -20%' toggle but the yearly figures are not in the page source, so annual equivalents are null. The page contradicts itself on connected accounts: the plan cards say 27 / 90 / 225 social media connections while the 'what each plan includes' summary says 10 / 20 / 30 connected accounts, so connection counts are left out of keyLimits. API Access is listed on every plan card. Lists nine networks; Telegram, Reddit and others are not mentioned.
