On September 17, 2024 Meta added new scope values for Instagram Login that replace the old ones. The changelog says a correction moved the deprecation date of the old scopes from December 17, 2024 to January 27, 2025.

What to do by 27 Jan 2025
Request instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish, instagram_business_manage_comments and instagram_business_manage_messages instead of the old values. The old values were deprecated on January 27, 2025.
