Best for

Small businesses and agencies on a budget that want scheduling, an inbox and analytics across many networks, including Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon.

Skip it if

You want X posting without setup, a free plan or a refund safety net: X needs your own developer app and keys, there is no free plan, and the terms allow no refunds.

Overview

RADAAR is a social media management platform covering publishing, a social inbox, keyword monitoring and analytics, with a Kanban task board and a shared password manager on the side. Publishing happens in what it calls Publishing 4.0: a calendar scheduler with monthly, weekly and list views, a content pool, RSS feeds, recurring posts, CSV bulk import, chain comments (up to 10 follow-up comments, used for first-comment hashtags or X threads) and a best-time-to-post picker.

The integrations page marks scheduling for Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, TikTok, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn pages and profiles, YouTube, Pinterest boards and Google Business Profile, plus Vimeo and WordPress. X works differently from the rest: you create your own X developer app and paste its keys into RADAAR, and the help center says X's free tier covers publishing only.

Plans are priced per subscription, and the help center describes one subscription per brand under a single login. Each plan sets a number of profiles, users, recurring posts and bulk upload rows, and extra profiles and users can be added one at a time without moving up a tier. Recent product announcements include an MCP server in public beta and an AI Agent that runs on an AI provider you connect.

What it does well

  • Low entry prices: $4.99 a month for Basic and $9.99 for Standard with unlimited posts and an inbox.
  • Wide network list, including Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile.
  • Extra profiles and users cost $1 each on the plan cards, so you can grow without changing plans.
  • Clients can be invited as guests to review, accept or reject scheduled posts, per the FAQ.
  • Chain comments, recurring posts, CSV bulk import and RSS feeds cover most scheduling routines.

What to watch out for

  • X needs your own developer app and keys, and inbox or monitoring on X needs X's paid API tier.
  • There is no free plan, and the help center says no refunds are given under the terms.
  • Basic is capped at 3 profiles and 90 posts a month, with no inbox or analytics.
  • The pricing page says 30% off yearly; the help center says 20%.
  • Some help pages are out of date and contradict the pricing page on users and networks.

Pick RADAAR if

Pick RADAAR if you want a low-cost scheduler with an inbox and analytics for many networks, including the newer ones, and you are fine setting up your own X developer app. If X is your main channel or you need a free plan, look elsewhere.

Questions people ask

Does RADAAR have a free plan?

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and the cheapest paid plan, Basic, is $4.99 a month for 3 profiles and 90 posts.

Which networks can RADAAR schedule to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, X, LinkedIn pages and profiles, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Mastodon, plus Vimeo and WordPress.

How does X posting work in RADAAR?

You create your own app in the X developer portal and enter its keys in RADAAR. The help center says X's free tier allows publishing only, and the inbox and monitoring need X's paid Basic tier, billed by X.

Does RADAAR offer refunds?

No. The help center says refunds are not offered under the terms of service and recommends confirming the tool fits during the trial.

How we checked

Prices read from the pricing page's plan cards and comparison table (raw HTML). The Yearly toggle shows '%30 discount'; the page script multiplies the monthly price by 0.7 and shows the result per month, rounded to cents, which gives the annual equivalents above (Standard $6.99, Professional $20.99, Advanced $104.99). Basic appears only in the comparison table and a text block, with no yearly figure, so its annual price is null. The help center's plans article says the annual discount is 20%, which does not match the pricing page. Extra capacity is bought per unit on the plan cards: social profiles and users at $1.00 each and monitoring queries at $3.00 each (page data; billing period not labelled). Enterprise is 'Starting at US$749.99/mo', so it is listed as custom with the figure in keyLimits. 50% non-profit discount. Each brand can have its own subscription under one login. Networks are the platforms with a Scheduler tick on the integrations page; Vimeo and WordPress are also publish targets but sit outside this site's list, and Medium and Tumblr are marked 'Soon'. X is the 'Twitter (Self-Owned)' integration: you create your own X developer app and enter its keys, and Radaar's help article says X's free tier allows publishing only, while inbox and monitoring need X's paid Basic tier (fees paid to X). Facebook Pages only; Instagram Business or Creator accounts linked to a Page. The help center says no refunds are given under the terms of service. No public REST API documentation was found; there is an MCP server in public beta (OAuth client credentials from the account) and a 'Publish With RADAAR' JavaScript SDK for adding a share button to other sites, so hasApi is unknown. AI: AI Assistant on every plan, plus an AI Agent (2026-10) that connects your own AI provider. The general FAQ page is older and says team members are free and unlimited, which conflicts with the per-plan user counts on the pricing page; the pricing page is used here.
