Overview

Agorapulse describes itself as a social media management platform for businesses, agencies and marketers. Its homepage lists a post scheduler with shared calendars, an inbox with comment moderation, listening, a cross-channel reporting dashboard, ROI reporting that pulls from Google Analytics, a link-in-bio tool, an advocacy tool and an AI assistant. It also names Archie, which repurposes content into posts.

The free plan situation needs care. The homepage still mentions a free plan with one user and three profiles, but Agorapulse's support article says the classic free plan ended on July 6, 2026 and was replaced by an AI-only Archie plan (beta). That plan covers up to 50 profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, with new posts created only through Archie, 10 credits a month and 1 owner.

Paid plans are per user: Standard, Professional and Advanced, each with 10 social profiles and data retention of 6, 12 and 24 months. Custom has unlimited profiles and the open reports API.
