Best for

Agencies and multi-location brands that want an all-in-one suite (publishing, inbox, reviews, listening) at mid-market prices.

Skip it if

You are solo on a tight budget. Plans start at $79 a month on annual billing.

Overview

Vista Social packs a lot into one subscription: publishing, a unified inbox with automations, review monitoring, listening, link in bio, project management (Vista Work) and an AI command center called Ask Vista. The tiers are bundles of profiles, users and AI credits. Professional is $99 monthly ($79.17 on annual billing) for 15 profiles, 2 users and 1,000 credits. Advanced is $199 for 30 profiles and 3 users. Scale is $449 for 70 profiles and 4 users. Enterprise is quoted.

The first thing to check is users, because the vendor contradicts itself. The pricing table says 2 users on Professional and 3 on Advanced, and the FAQ says 3 and 6. White label is another split: the pricing table places white label setup under Scale, while a blog post says it comes with every agency tier. I would get both confirmed in writing before paying, since users and branding are the two things an agency buys this for. The same applies to the API: it is a paid add-on turned on by an account representative, with no price published, and the API docs page I could read gave no authentication or rate limit details.

Some channels cost extra. The X integration is a $29 per month add-on covering publishing, boosting, automations and analytics. Listening is described as available on all plans, free for your own profiles and $75 per month across social, web and news. Employee Advocacy is $199 per month for 25 employees. Review monitoring on Professional covers only Facebook and Google Business, and the other review sites start on Advanced.

Recent changes are many and fast: API 2.0 and Ask Vista in June 2026, passkeys in July, Vista Work in August, and a new landing page in September. The vendor states a US-only data location (AWS US-East) and SOC 2 Type II with reports under NDA, plus SAML SSO on Enterprise. Support is email, with a first reply target under 45 minutes, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Eastern, and no phone or live chat. The posting side has one documented weak point: failed posts show a red status, there are no documented automatic retries, and recovery means duplicating and rescheduling. Trustpilot shows no overall score, and the iOS app is rated 3.7 from 26 ratings.

What it does well

  • Agency features are broad: per-client workspaces with isolated data, branded reports and client portals, and multi-stage approvals for legal and compliance review.
  • AI credit allowances are stated per tier (1,000, 2,000, 3,500), with agents priced in credits at $5 to $30 per month each.
  • The inbox automations trigger on DMs, comments, story replies, mentions and reviews, with AI intent detection or keyword rules.
  • Custom Profiles let you plan non-social channels such as email, blogs and SMS in the same calendar, though those do not publish and only send a reminder.
  • Security detail is specific: TLS 1.3, AES-256, quarterly penetration tests and passkeys.

What to watch out for

  • There is no free plan, and the pricing table and FAQ disagree on user counts.
  • X is a paid $29 per month add-on, and the API is a paid add-on with no published price.
  • Data location is the US only (AWS US-East).
  • Failed posts have no documented automatic retry.
  • Support has no phone or live chat, and Trustpilot shows no score for the company.

Vista Social grows by outgrowing a bundle. Profiles, users and AI credits rise together: 15, 30 and 70 profiles, with 2, 3 and 4 users on the pricing table. A four-person team with 20 profiles needs Scale at $449 monthly on the table's user counts, or Advanced at $199 if the FAQ's 6 users is right, a $250 swing. The add-ons then stack: $29 for X, $75 for broader listening, $199 for employee advocacy, and an unpriced API. Scale lets you add extra profiles in increments of 10. Annual billing saves 20% but must be paid upfront in one payment. The entry price stops being true once X, API access or four or more people are involved.

Pick Vista Social if

Pick Vista Social if you are an agency or multi-location brand that wants inbox, reviews, listening and client workspaces in one mid-market subscription, and you are willing to confirm user counts and white label placement first. Skip it if you are a solo creator on a tight budget, if you post mostly to X (the add-on makes it pricier), or if you need EU data location or phone support. Teams that care about white label should get its tier in writing, since the vendor's pages place it differently.

How we checked

Yearly totals are $950/$1,910/$4,310 (per-month equivalents calculated). User counts conflict on the page: the pricing table says 2/3 users for Professional/Advanced, the FAQ says 3/6; table values used. Also supports Reddit, Snapchat, Tumblr and Vimeo; no Mastodon. The API is a paid add-on enabled by an account rep (support article and apidocs.vistasocial.com, per search results; the pricing page itself doesn't mention it). MCP and 'Ask Vista' AI listed.
