Best for

Agencies and consultants who manage many client brands and want white-labeling, approvals and unlimited users on every plan.

Skip it if

You post for one brand and want a cheap or free scheduler: the cheapest plan is $49 a month before extra workspaces.

Overview

CloudCampaign is a white-label social media platform aimed at marketing agencies, and also at software companies that want to embed social tools in their own products. Its homepage describes drag-and-drop calendars, drip automations, bulk uploads and recycling of evergreen content, plus client approvals through a single link to the monthly calendar where clients can comment, request edits or approve.

Branding is a big part of the pitch. Clients see dashboards, reports and approval pages with your logo, colors and domain. Standard white-labeling is part of Team and Agency, while Freelancer can add it as an upgrade. The site also lists one-click reports that combine organic and paid performance, plus AI caption and image tools and an AI social inbox on every plan.

The scheduling page lists Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Threads. X is not on the current page, although older vendor pages still mention it, so I left it out. There is a separate CloudStudio content service, sold as an add-on.

What it does well

  • Unlimited users on every plan, which suits agencies with many people touching client calendars.
  • Client approval runs through a single calendar link, and white-labeling covers dashboards, reports and approval pages.
  • Team and Agency include unlimited social accounts.
  • Agency lists API workflows and SSO.

What to watch out for

  • Each extra workspace is billed, from $24 to $49 a month depending on plan and billing.
  • The Freelancer plan caps social accounts at 7 per client.
  • CloudStudio content fulfillment is a separate add-on from $99 a month per workspace.
  • If you post for one brand, the entry price is hard to justify.

Plans and prices

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annually, per monthUnitWhat you get
Freelancer $49 $41 per month 1+ brand workspaces, unlimited users, 7 social accounts per client; extra workspaces $49/mo (annual $41/mo)
Team $199 $165 per month 5+ brand workspaces, unlimited users, unlimited social accounts, standard white-labeling; extra workspaces $29/mo (annual $24/mo)
Agency $299 $249 per month Everything in Team plus advanced white-labeling, paid social reporting, API workflows, SSO; extra workspaces $35/mo (annual $29/mo)

The bill grows per brand workspace, not per seat. Freelancer is $49 monthly or $41 a month annual and includes 1+ workspaces, with extras at $49 monthly ($41 annual). Team is $199 monthly or $165 annual with 5+ workspaces and extras at $29 ($24 annual). Agency is $299 monthly or $249 annual with extras at $35 ($29 annual). Users are unlimited throughout, so headcount is not what raises the price. Adding clients is, which makes Team cheaper per workspace once you pass a handful.

How we checked

Prices read from the raw pricing page HTML. Monthly plans $49/$199/$299; the annual toggle shows $41/$165/$249 per month billed annually (page says 'Two months free'). The Freelancer plan includes 1+ brand workspaces and the Team plan 5+; additional workspaces are priced per plan. CloudStudio content fulfillment is a separate add-on from $99/month per workspace. Networks come from the vendor scheduling-tool page (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Threads). Older vendor comparison pages and the terms still list X; the current scheduling page does not, so X is left out. API: 'API Docs' linked in the site menu; the pricing page lists API integrations/workflows as free on Agency plans.
