Best for

Small businesses and agencies that want AI to generate, schedule and publish on-brand posts from their website and brand voice.

Skip it if

You want to write and schedule your own posts cheaply: the product is AI-first and starts at $55 a month per brand, with API access only on the custom Enterprise plan.

Overview

Apaya is AI social media management software that creates posts and branded graphics, then schedules, publishes and reports on them. You give it a website page, photos or a topic, and it builds a Brand Framework from your site covering voice, offers, logo, colors and reviews. It uses that to write captions, hashtags and graphics, and campaigns arrive as batches of posts placed on a calendar.

You choose where each campaign publishes. Posts are formatted per platform, and you can approve each draft before it goes out or turn on automatic publishing for selected campaigns. The homepage says connections use official platform APIs with OAuth. Its integrations list is LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Bluesky and Threads.

This is a different product from a tool where you write and queue your own posts. The pricing is per brand, so each business you add has its own plan. The homepage states a 3-day free trial, while the pricing page does not state the length.

What it does well

  • It builds posts and graphics from a website, which saves the drafting step for a small business.
  • You can approve every draft or switch on auto-publishing per campaign.
  • Blaze and above give you all social accounts for a brand.
  • Supernova adds a workflow engine and white-label platform.

What to watch out for

  • Spark allows only 1 user and 4 social accounts.
  • API access is stated only on Enterprise ('Enterprise API and webhooks').
  • Extra brands cost $59 a month on Spark and Blaze, and $89 on Supernova.
  • There is no free plan, and the entry point is a paid AI product.

Plans and prices

Spark $69 $55 per month, per brand 1 brand, 4 social accounts, 1 user; extra brands $59/mo
Blaze $129 $103 per month, per brand 1 brand, all social accounts, team collaboration, analytics; extra brands $59/mo

Pricing is per brand per month. Spark is $69 monthly or $55 a month annual (1 brand, 4 accounts, 1 user). Blaze is $129 or $103 annual with all accounts, team collaboration and analytics. Supernova is $229 or $183 annual with a workflow engine and white-label platform. Annual billing is 20% off. Each extra brand is $59 a month on the lower two plans and $89 on Supernova, so an agency with ten clients pays brand fees ten times. Enterprise is custom and lists API and webhooks.
