Overview
Pinterest's own help article describes Pin scheduling as a feature of business accounts. You choose to publish at a later date, pick a day and time, and the Pin goes live then. It works on the web and the mobile app has a similar schedule-date setting.

The help article states no price, so my notes carries no figure and no free plan is claimed. The practical limits are the ones that shape the workflow instead: 10 scheduled Pins and a 30 day window. Nothing is billed per channel or seat on the page I read, because it lists no plans at all. If you outgrow the cap you would be looking at a different category of tool, and the cost there is a separate question this entry does not answer.
