TikTok Studio
Checked 26 Oct 2026 · source · 1 networks · API not stated · AI no
TikTok-only creators who plan a week of videos from a desktop browser.
You need to schedule more than 10 days ahead or across networks: the native window ends at 10 days and covers TikTok only.
Overview
The source for this entry is a TikTok business blog post announcing the video scheduler. It describes scheduling from the web upload page at tiktok.com rather than from a product called TikTok Studio, so the TikTok Studio name here is this site's label and not something that post uses.
The window is from 15 minutes to 10 days before publishing. The post says it is for Creators and Business Accounts, and that desktop scheduling needs a Business Account, which you can switch to in Settings. You log in on a web browser and click the cloud icon at the top right. Time zone defaults to the computer's setting. Scheduled videos show up in the app too, next to drafts, and you get a push notification when one goes live.
The catch I would read twice is editing. Per the post, the video, caption and scheduled time can't be changed after scheduling, so a fix means deleting the post and uploading again. The post does not say scheduling is available inside the mobile app. It also states no price, and I did not check AI features or an API.
What it does well
- It schedules from a few minutes out up to 10 days ahead.
- It is TikTok's own feature, so nothing third party is connected.
- Scheduled posts appear in both web and app, and you are notified when one publishes.
What to watch out for
- The window ends at 10 days.
- Video, caption and time cannot be edited once scheduled.
- Desktop scheduling needs a Business Account.
- It covers TikTok only, and the post does not say scheduling works inside the app.
Plans and prices
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually, per month | Unit | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Built-in video scheduling | Not published | Not published | not stated | Schedule from 15 minutes to 10 days ahead; desktop scheduling needs a Business Account |
The source post states no price, so my notes have no figure and no free plan is claimed. There is no ladder here: the feature has no plans, seats or channel counts on the page I read. What costs you is the workflow rule that edits mean re-uploading, which can add time rather than money. The Business Account requirement for desktop scheduling is a setting change per the post, and it does not mention a fee for it.

How we checked
Native platform feature. The vendor pages read give no price for scheduling, so prices are null and no free plan is claimed. Source is TikTok's own business blog post announcing the video scheduler (condensed fetch); it describes the web upload page and does not mention the name TikTok Studio, so the TikTok Studio branding is the candidate's label. AI features were not checked.
