Can you schedule natively?
UnclearMeta announced in August 2024 that scheduling on Threads would begin testing. No current Meta help page documents native scheduling, and the Threads API has no scheduling parameter, so third-party tools publish at the chosen time.

Threads API: HEVC or H.264, progressive, closed GOP, 4:2:0; AAC up to 48 kHz; 23 to 60 FPS; max width 1920 px; up to 100 Mbps VBR; longer than 0 s and up to 5 minutes; 1 GB max. maxItems refers to carousel size (2 to 20).
