Yes, built inFacebook Pages can schedule posts in Meta Business Suite between 20 minutes and 29 days ahead, and manage them in the Planner. Only people with Facebook access or Task access to the Page can schedule.

Meta Business Help (via search extract): videos must be less than 240 minutes; resolution 1080p or under; MP4 recommended. The en-gb version of the page reportedly states files up to 10 GB, the US version gives no size, so maxFileSizeMB is left null. The 16:9 to 9:16 range and 240-minute Feed figure also appear on Meta's video requirements chart, which is ads oriented. Facebook Help lists about 30 accepted containers (MP4 and MOV recommended). Read from a search extract of the official page, which did not load directly.
